The Project
The redevelopment project for Villa Verità represents a unique opportunity to restore a precious historic estate to its former splendour. Set in the heart of the Veneto, Villa Verità bears witness to the region's rich cultural and agricultural heritage, with a history dating back to the 13th century.
The primary goal is to transform the estate into a multifunctional centre, capable of harmonising history, culture, nature and innovation. A project that turns a historic complex into a multifunctional hub of excellence.
The conservative restoration of the main buildings — the manor villa and the Villa del Colono — will be carried out with meticulous care, preserving the original architectural character through the use of traditional materials and techniques.
The Objectives
The project is structured around five synergistic areas of intervention, combining architectural restoration, landscape enhancement, technological innovation and economic development of the local area.
Meticulous restoration of the manor villa and the Villa del Colono, preserving the original architectural character with traditional materials and techniques.
Enhancement of the centuries-old park with nature trails and educational areas. Creation of a distinctively-shaped public garden and a large car park for access to the complex.
Transformation of the complex into a premier hospitality hub: charming residences, a venue for weddings and exclusive events, capable of attracting visitors from around the world to the heart of the Veneto.
The estate becomes a permanent cultural hub: exhibitions, artist residencies, conferences and educational tours in the villa's frescoed spaces, showcasing its historic heritage as a living resource for the community.
Enhancement of the 6 hectares of farmland with organic, zero-km production, integrating modern agro-ecological practices that create a direct link between the land, the food and the villa's visitors.
The centuries-old park with its lake becomes a wellness oasis: nature trails, meditation areas and therapeutic paths immersed in nature, offering a uniquely regenerative experience within the Veneto landscape.
Promotion of partnerships with public bodies, trade associations, universities and research centres in the agricultural, tourism and cultural sectors.
Generation of positive economic impact on the local area: new jobs, development opportunities for local businesses and increased tourist flow to the area.

The architectural elevations show the restored villa from its four aspects, highlighting the stylistic coherence and quality of the conservative restoration work.
North Elevation
The north facade of the restored villa, with the crenellated tower dominating the composition. The north elevation shows the estate's most imposing profile, with volumes rising in height to create a balance between the manor residence and the medieval tower.
